Our Story
My name is Caroline and I love softball, but, more importantly, I love helping softball players develop into better athletes and better people.
After coaching my first 10u softball tournament, I sat down with a list of my players' names to write down something each of them did well. I wanted to find a way to celebrate the hard work the girls were putting in at practice and how far they had come. I wanted something not just for my players, but to help coaches every where encourage, inspire, and celebrate their players.

After more than a year of searching for something that felt "right," I had the idea of a keychain and engraved washers.
And that's how Kudos Sports Tokens was born.
